I'm Manuel. I'm still a flight attendant. Part time — by choice.
I know the feeling of living flight to flight.
Full time. Completely roster-driven. My standby was my boss. It decided where I went, how long I stayed, when I came home — and how much time I had left to actually be myself.
I wasn't broke. But I wasn't free either.
So I built something on the side. Slowly. Between flights. On layovers. Without quitting, without risking everything.
Today I live in Mallorca. I fly when I want to. And I help other flight attendants build the same thing.
Not because it's easy. Because it fits our life — the chaos, the time zones, the unpredictability. All of it.
